Sims 4 pack not downloadable after update?

When I downloaded the new Sims four update today (unfortunately I did not deactivate the packs) I wanted to download the packs again, I downloaded Going Famous and Vampires again, but somehow dogs and cats did not work because the package now only still as a bundle with "my first pet" but I did not buy the bundle and now I can't download dogs and cats again but I can't buy the bundle because I already have dogs and cats. I play on console ps4 and downloaded the other 2 packets through PlayStation store, is there any way to see and download all packs in the game?
