How can I enter my PlayStation passcode when no controller is connected?

I have the following problem: Yesterday I took both of my controllers to a friend's house and connected them to his Ps4. However, I can no longer connect the controller to my Ps4 because I first have to enter the passcode, which is not possible without a connected controller.
