My bluetooth controller no longer connects to my pc since i connected it to another system?

Originally I had my bluetooth xbox one controller (via bluetooth) connected to my Windows10 PC and everything worked. Finally I connected my controller (via Bluetooth) to another device. Now in the Bluetooth settings on my PC it says that the controller is paired and connected, even if the controller is off. The controller does not connect (you can tell because the x only flashes), but the settings say that it is connected.

I often just remove it completely, so decouple Bluetooth and connect it from the front
