Playstation copies add-ons at CoD every time?

Every time I want to start Call of Duty, an add-on (total of 27.855 GB) has to be copied. It's super annoying because I have to wait half an hour every time before I can play, just because this stupid add-on has to be copied beforehand. Can someone help me or tell me why? You really lose your desire to play.

Go in the menu of MW to installed packages and install campaign pack 1 and 2 then it should go
