Yesterday I got the newly released game, Need for Speed Heat "and yesterday my PS4 just crashed like that and I was in safety mode when I restarted it.
I then solved the problem as it stands on Playstation.com. Everything was fine except that I had to play Need for Speed again from Amfang. Yesterday, I did not search in vain like a madman, only to have to restart again.
Today after spending my afternoon restoring my game progress.
When I connected my second controller so that my buddy can play, there was a freeze, my PS4 crashed again. The same game as yesterday except that it was directly afterwards (without security mode, etc.).
My game progress is now gone, although Need for Speed saves automatically.
Can you help me somehow or give advice what I'm doing wrong wrong?
Try reinstalling the game which does not help just call support
