Twitch abbreviations?

I'm new to twitch and the chat is always joking like: Monkas or pepelaugh or pepega or something can someone explain all the twitch abbreviations to me?

These are emotes that can only be seen with BTTV or FFZ. If you have the addons, you will see what they mean. You don't need an explanation.

What is BTTV or FFZ or addons

These are emotes. You have to download better Twitch TV (BTTV) to watch it. This is an extension for your browser that you should be able to download in the browser settings.
