How many Mbits upload do you need to stream to Twitch or YouTube at 1080p60fps?

I have an upload of 12Mbit / s and have set a bit rate of about 10000. Everything works smoothly and without reload screens. But soon get 40Mbit / s upload, then it will be even better.
