PC screen error?

I just relaxed and watched a Twitch stream while something was being rendered, suddenly there was a Windows error sound and my screen has switched from DP to HDMI and can't be reset, how do I fix it?

Did you connect the monitor to the GPU via DP and HDMI? If so, pull out the HDMI cable

I pulled out the DP, went back to xD since yesterday evening thanks anyway
