How do I get started with Twitch streams?

I have a Logitech 720p webcam and a good microphone. My concern is the taxation of the income. I know that at the beginning I will earn practically nothing and that is not my intention either. But shouldn't you have to pay tax on every tiny income?

Are you seriously thinking about paying taxes if, statistically speaking, you will never have any? (Twitch only pays from 100 euro).
