Fix Twitch delay?

I currently watch a lot of Twitch, and I actually always have a stream chat delay of about 20 seconds. That means, when I write a message, I only see it 20-30 seconds later in the stream. Is it possible to fix that? LG

If you change the quality of the stream, the player will reload, which fixes a delay. It can also be because the streamer has set a delay in order to be able to moderate the chat better, or the streamer simply has bad internet.
