Twitch Streamlabs OBS 3 minutes delay?

As described in the title, I make livestreams on Twitch using Streamlabs OBS.

Now, though, since I stream that problem, I've always had a couple (usually 3-5) minutes of delay, despite low latency setting on twitch.

Since I like to interact with the audience and talk to them, this delay is of course a thorn in my side.

I have a 400k Mbps cable (fiber optic)

What can I do to remove this delay?

You stream directly to Twitch, without any intermediate service, right? So you have in the settings of Streamlabs under stream type with you something like this:

But I would not know with the best of intentions, where there should be 3 to 5 minutes delay. (That would have to be cached in the meantime also somewhere as long.) With Twitch or on the way through the InterNet it should not come to such delays. Then you would probably have to delay somewhere on your PC and cached.) Or maybe you mean instead 3 to 5 seconds?

No, I mean actually 3-5 minutes. I have set it exactly as you have it in the picture. It is also inexplicable to me, that's why I ask yes. What kind or provider could you use for a manual server. It may also be that it is at least 30 seconds, but it feels in any case very long, more than 10 seconds are in any case

I meant where in the screenshot "Server: Auto (Recommended)" is possibly even a server instead of "Auto (Recommended)" to use. Try as many as possible from Europe (usually as close as possible to your location).

Test your stream, if you can detect a delay or other problems and possibly its cause.

I can't think of more at the moment. If you were there, you might be able to help better. But to find and fix the error from a distance is often difficult. Especially because I can't just myself, a little experiment / rumschauen what it could be.
