Can someone tell me which music I can use on Twitch from Spotify on Stream. And do I have to write the song down somewhere like that?
Just look for non copyright and play a playlist of it. I would always write it down if someone should complain

You can use music without copyright. (Some use copyrighted music even though it's actually not "allowed".) You have to look for it.
I don't know whether it is an obligation to show the name of the music being played. I would do it because the audience might want to.
