Is it legal to download your own Twitch stream?

I was streaming on Twitch and now I want to download the stream and upload it to YouTube.

I don't know why that should be illegal because the stream is created by me, so all rights go to me. But I've read on several pages on the Internet that this shouldn't be legal but I don't understand why.

The download is of course legal, only as an affiliate / partner the video has 24h exclusive rights on Twitch. You can also upload the video directly from Twitch to YT.
