The Cromecast has a HDMI port for the TV. Furthermore, there's a USB port for the power.
Sometimes the pure USB port on older TVs is not enough for the power. If you should catch an older TV and that is the case, there's also a Stromadabter for the USB cable. So I would rather get an English Stromadabter and possibly an extension cable.
Wi-Fi you need there too.
