Question about my pc about streaming?

I have no idea about technology and they wanted to ask everyone whether my PC would be stream capable.
The PC is only used to transfer the picture from my PlayStation 4 to Twitch / YouTube.
Now comes the technical data:

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16x 3.5 GHz
AMD RX 570 8GB
32 GB DDR4
480GB SSD + 1000 GB HDD
Would these technical data be enough for streaming with Facecam and music in the background and the StreamTool?

The RX570 is good, but not combined with a Ryzen 9 3950X.

Buy an RTX3070 or RTX3080 when that comes.

If it's only for streaming, and you're playing on another console then surely.

But it also depends on what kind of software you are using, just give it a try, and preferably OBS ^^

Yes, but the GPU is still not good. Why do you combine the overkill cpu with such a weak graphics card? Does that have a deeper meaning?
