YouTube vs twitch live streaming delay?

I would like to stream for some friends in the future while I design something for them. I want you to see it live and give me feedback. It is important to me that the delay is as small as possible. Perfect are 3 - 5 seconds. Is twitch or YouTube better?

Twitch is much better. At Monte, for example, there are only 2 seconds of delay. YouTube may be delayed by up to 30 seconds. So I would recommend Twitch to you
