Some Twitch streamers have no sound?

I have the problem that some Twitch streamers have no sound with me (is not a streamer that streams without sound, I didn't suspect anything) the problem I've had since I reinstalled Chrome.

Download times firefox and see if they have the same twitch streamer sound, if so I would simply switch to firefox and wait until chrome does an update
