Stream Twitch without an account?

I would like to watch a stream without the person I'm watching the game knowing that I'm watching them. If I just go into the stream without an account, am I "invisible", so to speak?

If you sign out, the streamer shouldn't be able to see it.

If necessary, you can create a second account so that you can also chat.
