See chat in full screen mode (on PC)?

I've already seen people who have added the Twitch chat to the edge in full screen mode (i.e. Cut out the chat). I've looked everywhere for it, but have no idea how it's supposed to work. I have a suspicion that the chat can be eliminated by "examine elements". I would be very happy to hear from you.
