Playstation controller crazy, scrolls up for no reason?

Okay, I've had a new Playstation controller for about a month and everything has been going well so far. Now I have noticed that the Internet browser is constantly scrolling up. I can scroll on, say down, but it 'struggles' against it until it's back to the top of the page. The same thing happens on Twitch.

While playing or in the normal Playstation menu, I haven't noticed anything.

I've already tried to reset the controller or restart the Playstation. Did nothing.

Maybe someone of you has an idea what the problem could be and what could be done? Or whether the controller is defective?

There was a 1 year guarantee on every new Ps4 controller. Back with it.
