Streaming setup possible for 1500 euro 🤔?

On May 15th I will have exactly 1500 euro available. Do you think I can create a reasonable streaming setup that will run well for at least 1-2 years? So gaming PC, monitor, headset etc. I want to build the gaming PC myself. I already have a large table and a 24 inch monitor which I will use as a second monitor. What do you think? Would you rather save 1 month? Or get started right away? Because of Corona I have a lot of free time and I want to use it as much as possible, at least to set up everything, set up Twitch YouTube etc., do intro and designs etc.
