Twitch Watcher 24/7 free?

I need a permanent 24/7 bot that can watch twitch streams for me. The problem is that I currently don't have the money to rent a server to install Chrome and nodejs on. The bot I'm currently using requires the two programs. Does anyone have any idea how to get this working for free?
