Inexpensive streaming PC?

I have been streaming on Twitch for some time now with my somewhat aging PC. I would now like to take the next step and buy a good, but not too expensive, Streaming PC.

I mainly stream gaming from the PS4 and transfer this to the PC using the El Gato Capture Card. The "Streaming PC" should therefore only be used to manage the stream and be used on two screens.

Assembling a PC is unfortunately not an option for me, because I'm something of a technology grandpa when it comes to that. 😅 Therefore, an already assembled PC would be the only option.

My budget is around 500 euro. I know that is not the world, but I firmly believe that the experts among you can give me one or the other good recommendation.

The focus should be more on the CPU. This does all the work for streaming. If you do not want to play with the PC, a simple "entry-level" graphics card is sufficient.

PS: Assembling yourself is really not difficult. There are 10 minutes of videos on YouTube that explain everything that is important.

Playing and rendering (rendering live on the stream) are two completely different things and have completely different requirements.

Then you know what you need, so what's the point. For 500 there are no gerbils.

With my advice, I just wanted to avoid people thinking that it would be enough if the computer could play certain videos.
