Internet crashes after 30 - 60 min stream (120 download, 11 upload)?

I want to finally stream to Twitch, but when I turn on the stream, I have about 30 min streaming no more Internet and if I make out the stream then after about 20 sec Internet again. How much bitrate should I use at 11er upload? Use 5000 but think about going down to 3500

The first question is: WLAN or LAN?

The second question is: what settings do you use?

The third question is: What are you streaming with? OBS Studio? SLOBS? XSplit?

An upload with 11 Mbit is more than sufficient.

But you can activate once under ADVANCED> network "dynamic bitrate". Adjust settings on your image: "Default: Quality", look-ahead YES.

Depending on the resolution for the streamt:

1080p (6000 bitrate)
900p (4500 bit rate)
720p (3500 bit rate)

I recommend doing 900p.
