I have been streaming on Twitch for some time and today my microphone was displayed and perceived as very quiet. However, I haven't changed any of the settings or anything else. The correct microphone is still selected and the volume control under the microphone in OBS is also set the same. What else can I try?

I also had the trouble once.
may be that your mic level was suddenly turned very low it could be due to everything eg obs mic preamplifier to windows mic preamplifier to mic level etc best click through everything that took me ne good std.
Small demand is it only in obs so or is it not synonymous if you make ne recording with the pre-installed voicerecorder of Windows.
try that out maybe we can rule out obs problems.
