I even reinstalled my computer, but the same result.
it's up to me 100000% not I have a 50k line and I can run Netflix, Maxdome and Youtube (livestream) at the same time without one jerking.
I have tested speed tests on various sites and there's always a great result.

I tested Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Microsoft Edge and just installed the twitch app, no, neither of them works.
