I just started streaming on twitch and now I'm wondering how I can set it up if someone follows that it is shown in the stream and plays a small video above it, e.g. At Handofblood which program do I need

What program are you streaming with?

These are so-called alerts, which you can do with any online editor. But if you have streamlabs obs you can simply insert them there.
