Stream from xbox via OBS?

I'm streaming from the x-Box via the X-Box app to streamlabs OBS and the stream is lagging on twitch, what could be the reason? I have an upload of 15-20 mbit which should be enough to stream at 1080 and 60 FPS with a bit rate of 6000

I don't know about Xbox, but it is probably because you first connect the xBox to the pc and then stream from the pc. 15-20 mbit is also not very good for streaming. Especially if you first have to transfer the game to the pc before streaming it. I have a 100 mbit line and with the Playstation you can also transfer the game to the pc and then stream it, but because of this stopover, the quality of the gameplay is lost and there are more frequent lags. If you want to stream properly on the console, you'll need to get a capture card. You probably won't have any problems with this variant, but they are really expensive.

All settings at the xbox should be correct.
