Dropped frames twitch?

I have a problem with Twitch.

And I always have a very high value for the dropped frames. As a result, the stream jerky.

I have an upload of 9.5 Mbps.

9.5mbit is hard on the limit for 720p60 and there are no pictures

Dropped frames usually occur when the encoder is overloaded. What are your attitudes and what kind of hardware do you have?
