OBS dropped frames?

Hi, I started streaming on Twitch through OBS. But I have the problem that I have around 0.3% skipped frames. Other people I know don't have a worse lead. I have a line with 1000 megabits per second in the download and 50 megabits per second in the upload.

The dropped frames come from the fact that the encoder is overloaded. So you have to choose lower settings.
