A1 upload to Twitch fluctuates?

I have tried a lot, the upload itself is quite stable, but it often breaks, if I eg. Stream on Twitch. The bitrate is actually set perfectly, as it has worked for a while without problems, but the problem with the burglaries is already 2 months. Does anyone have any idea how I can eliminate these burglaries.

How high is your upload & your other settings please post. Resolution, Bitrate, Preset, etc. Just everything.
