I'm under 18 and am looking for a person with whom I can write who can give me reliable information on the subject and give small businesses

There are no small businesses, so only normal business registration, possibly without VAT option. Not the income is taxed, but the profit if it is above the exemption amount of approx. 9000.-. But under 18 is a problem. This question has already been answered x times.
