How do I get my money back from Streamlabs?

In short: I donated to Twitch jmd and probably clicked on something in the context of which I entered into a contract with Streamlabs that I have already terminated. I definitely want to get the money that was withdrawn. Their website, however, takes me nowhere. Just stop with this blablabla you won't get it back, please for a good hint or solution on how to contact them most effectively!
