As an exclusive USB version, the t.bone SC420 is okay, but with high gain it has a problem with inherent noise.

The Mic900B can't even be leveled, it is a condenser microphone and qualitatively well.

You only need an XLR cable from the microphone to the interface. The interface is connected to the PC via USB.
This is not a mixer! Mixers are something completely different and for a different purpose.

Large diaphragm condenser microphones are for studios, do you have a studio at home and the acoustic properties?
With a 100 euro condenser microphone you would be over your budget anyway, for 100 euro I would rather use a Shure SM57 / 58. But you still need a preamp, because of that, that doesn't work.
Dynamic microphones are better suited for your purposes, and they (almost) do not make any noise.
And yes 35 euro mics sound good. The most expensive thing is the interface, not the microphone.
I made really good recordings with a 16.50 euro for the price, stop at a 120 euro interface.
I would recommend the AKG P3. A simple cardioid is better for the inexperienced microphone user and has a less strong close-up effect. In other words: The sound changes may be less pronounced.
Most YouTubers want the close-up effect. Personally, I think supercardioids are better than kidneys, but ultimately the buyer has to decide for himself. This is particularly useful with regard to keyboard noises.

USB microphones are generally not that great. Condenser microphones are actually less suitable for YT and streams.
The quality of a P3 / P5 is top… There's no USB microphone.
