Cable Germany VS Telekom Internet speed?

I've been with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland for years and have always been satisfied… I've never had any failures, everything was fine. Except that I can't always watch Twitch. "Live" I can't watch anyway. Because it just jerky this shop. Always look at me a day later. I can't watch "Full HD" there either. But it has to be done automatically and there are days when it is not possible, most of it is in the evening (I feel like that). And that's a bit annoying. I have a cable router with WLAN option the name is CH7466CE to me it is important that everything goes quickly without lying down like twitch and all that and downloading games etc… At 100k he loads ca at steam at 12mbps or what that means is always changing, of course on 8 then higher again then less known… As I said, it's about twitch and all that.

No idea where you see it, I don't know about it. Somehow you can't rely on speed tests because each website shows something different. At Speedtest.net it shows eg "Ping 25, Download 90.97, Upoad 10.90"
