Of course, streaming doesn't consume any data. You can stream infinitely. * irony off *.
Let's assume you're streaming 1080p or, in other words, with a bit rate of 6000. That corresponds to 6000 kb / s per second, or in other words 6 MB / s. That is about 360 MB in 60 seconds. If we extrapolate that into 1 hour, we come to about 21.6 GB per hour.
Assuming you stream 1 hour per day, you are already at 151.2 GB for 1 week.
Since we have now only talked about uploading in theory, you use up your entire data volume in less than 1 week, why the hell you have that on a PC, because there's also general use & download.
So no, you certainly can't get there with 128 GB.
You could postpone it a bit with a lower data bandwidth like 4500 kb / s. That would be 270 MB per minute. So 16.2 GB per hour. 113.4 GB per week. But then 1080p would no longer be possible.
Of course, these are not fixed values, because they can fluctuate a lot, as more or less bit rates are used when streaming.

Then it depends on whether you save your stream on your PC. If so, storage space is logically used there. If not, then not.

Of course, streaming uses up data (when we talk about the internet). Streaming 1080p has a bit rate of 6000Kb / s. That's quite a lot. If you stream for 1 hour every day, your remaining capacity would be used up in less than a week. And we're ONLY talking about streaming, everything else you do on a PC with Internet is not included.
Do you mean hard drive storage, then it depends on whether you save the stream on it or not. But even here you won't get far with 128Gb, at least if you don't delete old recordings regularly.
