Twitch stream with 10 minutes delay why?

I'm currently streaming and the stream is delayed by 10 minutes why is that?

Perhaps PERSON X can end the stream retrospectively (10 min), if SOMEONE IS USING ANYONE FROM A CAMERA AND ALREADY STREAMS ON TWITCH or is holding his loaves in the camera or something
