Remove bars for viewers while streaming on Ps4?

I might want to stream and that's why I turned on the stream on the Ps4 (streamed with Twitch). There was then on the left and and below a bar, where do news ect. Sees. That's a good thing, but when I watched the stream, the bar was also visible to the audience. My question: Can you remove the bar just for the audience and I can still see it? Is there a setting on Twitch or on Ps4?

You have to do that with the settings on the Ps4, I think with the sound and screen.
