How to deal with hate comments on YouTube?

I have a YouTube channel with around 30,000 subscribers. I haven't uploaded any videos for 2 months as I'm participating in a stream prokejt - on Twitch. I've put my activities on hold. Because this project brings me more and the number of viewers ultimately decides how long the project lasts. Now some subscribers are crying / criticizing if I didn't let them know in advance. I should have made "an announcement". That is the final stage of the cheekiness to reproach content - that delivers for free.

20-30% of the subscribers have unsubscribed me. Well, it's not that dramatic now.

A message to the subscribers would suffice. Shown by YT. Do several of my YTubers when the expected videos don't come.
