It's pretty much up there. I would be interested to know where the money comes from, which Youtubers, Twitch streamers, etc. Are paid for. From Google's earnings?

If the videos and streams are provided with advertising spots, then the money comes from the advertising customers who book advertising via YouTube, Instagram etc.
From advertising in video (advertising revenue) as well as placements or cooperations.
Advertising revenue predominantly.
From youtube red / premium something goes to the streamer / youtuber.
But don't you also earn without any placements or advertising?
From the manufacturers of the stuff they turn on their followers.
Some also have a shop with merch or get product placements when they play a certain game etc
Or donations from followers
So that YouTube paid out of pocket? No, that's not their business model.
