Personally, I prefer YouTube, but people are on Twitch looking for livestreams. The chance to get a few spectators should be much higher there.
Besides u, you already have an audience on YouTube.

As long as you're not a partner, it does not matter, otherwise Twitch, because I think that has the best combination of community and features.
What the others say is not true or partly… If you really want to get viewers, then go to Mixer or YouTube, because you will find much easier there. Twitch is simply not the place for you.
