Improve streaming quality on Twitch?

I'm just about to find out how I can adapt my encoder setting to my equipment. Of course also the setting of my PC itself.

Unfortunately, after 2 days of searching on the internet, I haven't found anything helpful how to do it or how it explains the setting.

Maybe someone has a page here or maybe even a book that they could recommend or that can help me.

Youtube theoretically gives you everything you need.
BUT… How about posting your system specs & naming your upload speed? You can do more with that.
