Which is better Streamlabs OBS or OBS?

I would like to live stream on Twitch and record that and upload it to YouTube later. It shouldn't be anything special. Just talk a little and react to videos.

I have already installed OBS and Streamlabs, but I'm not sure which one is better.

I have 2 screens. On the 1st I would like to have videos open to react and on the 2nd I would like to have the program open during the stream or watch the chat there. Or do you open the chat in a browser window or let the stream run? So you already notice I have little idea.
