If then the second. There you get something more for too much money
However, it is not perfect either:
Bad motherboard (no OC possible), slow ram, probably scrap power supply, Graka as FE so with radial fan and therefore quite loud
The first is outdated and just under 600 euro too expensive
The second is much better suited for it.
However, the prices are beyond good and evil, I suppose you want to buy from source because you have there credit or installment? Can you do that, but you have to be aware that you get a lot more performance elsewhere for this amount.
