Verify email with Twitch?

I gave my wrong email to Twitch. Now I can't verify it. Can someone help me there? I find no way to change my e-mail without first verifying the wrong one…

You see that correctly: there's no chance for it. You could contact their support at most, where you had to prove that this is your account but you can't because you have specified the wrong e-mail.
