Twitch will not work for me?

Whenever I enter the Twitch confirmation code on the mobile phone or try to authenticate myself by e-mail, it does not work, why? Please ifs is quick to answer as I would like to start Twitch after YouTube works well for me.

Do you use Authy for identification?
