Why can't you stream to Twitch with ps4?

I have been trying for a long time with ps4 on Twitch to stream it even with different accounts tried. Although it is "on air" but not in red. The word "on air" should be red, then it means that I'm live. It does not do it. And if I stream on yt it works right away. Has any idea what it could be?

You have to enable 2 factor authentication.
