Can groups report to troller and can I therefore be banned on Twitch?

I was recently banned on Twitch and the reason is: surfing and raiding other channels with malicious intent.

the last few days i have reacted to other channels but didn't know that it was forbidden Depending on that, I found out that there are two streamers on Twitch who report others with his community and I'm also one of those who have most likely been reported but I'm not sure about that yet… If my account has been unlocked and I can continue to stream, can the trolls and me get back without breaking the policy? And even let me ban you this time for no reason? Because they are just 20 people and send wrong messages? Or does Twitch check before they ban someone?

I think Twitch is checking that. They probably have followed your streams and seen that react with them etc. And certain people probably didn't like something about it, maybe how you reacted.
