Banned on Twitch? - 1

I have already asked this question but received only one answer.

I was banned on Twitch because a user called and followed "SeeekKyle", then I read the name out, understood what I said and apologized immediately. Half an hour later I was blocked on Twitch. However, I did not receive an email that my account was blocked. I can no longer log in with this account either. However, I was not told how long I was banned. I have already written to support, but they don't answer me. Can I find out how long I've been banned somehow? Sorry for the long text.

Especially with strange names or spellings, you should take a closer look at them before you pronounce them. For example, I speak some names. Not at all because it is clear what they mean or they are troll names.

Support takes a long time to respond. You can't find out that way, at least I wouldn't know it, at most by email. So that means: wait.
