Should one as a beginner on Twitch stream (consoles)?

I want to start playing games have an Xbox and a Nintendo Switch. But now I've read more often that Twitch banishes many and still a few are spellbound. So I should stream to Twitch or Mixer.com. (Youtube?)

Mixer is just better. On Twitch you have to be really prepared for EVERYTHING. So you need to be more careful on Twitch than really having fun.
